Infrastructure development fund, created, purpose--lapse into generalrevenue, prohibited.

100.263. An "Infrastructure Development Fund" shall beestablished from which moneys shall be used to make low-interestor interest-free loans, loan guarantees, or grants to localpolitical subdivisions and to state agencies. The fund mayreceive funds from the federal government for infrastructuredevelopment purposes, but other public or private funds may bereceived by the board for deposit in the fund. The generalassembly may appropriate state moneys to the fund. Theinfrastructure development fund shall be administered by theboard under the provisions of sections 100.250 to 100.297. Anymoneys remaining in the fund at the end of any fiscal year shallnot revert to the general revenue fund.
