Execution or judicial process, property and funds of authorityexempt from, exceptions.

100.520. All property including funds of an authority shallbe exempt from levy and sale by virtue of an execution, and noexecution or other judicial process shall issue against the samenor shall judgment against an authority be a charge or lien uponits property; provided, however, that the provisions of thissection shall not apply to or limit the right of obligees toforeclose or otherwise enforce any mortgage of an authority orthe right of obligees to pursue any remedies for the enforcementof any pledge or lien given by the authority on its rents, fees,grants or revenues.
