100.590. Any authority empowered to undertake and carry outprojects in a constitutional charter city under this law ishereby authorized to and may, upon such terms and conditions asit may determine not inconsistent with this law, and with theconsent of the governing body of such constitutional chartercity, contract to and take over, assume, continue and carry outall undertakings, obligations, rights, powers, plans andactivities, not inconsistent with this law, of suchconstitutional charter city relating to planned or existingprojects for industrial development.
