Records to be open to public--annual report on financial conditionof plan, content.

103.027. The board shall keep a record of its proceedings,which shall be open to public inspection. The board shallprepare annually and make available a report showing thefinancial condition of the plan which shall contain, but not belimited to, a financial balance sheet, a statement of income anddisbursements, a detailed statement of investments acquired anddisposed of during the year, together with a detailed statementof the annual rates on investment return from all assets and fromeach type of investment, a listing of all advisors andconsultants retained by the board and such other data as theboard shall deem necessary or desirable for a properunderstanding of the condition of the plan.
