103.133. A participating member agency may elect towithdraw from the plan by certifying such election of itsgoverning body to the board. Such certification must be receivedby the board at least ninety days prior to the end of the thencurrent plan year and termination of the agency's coverage underthe plan will become effective at the end of the then currentplan year.
