Enrollment period of thirty days for employees, retirees anddependents of participating member agency.

103.145. There shall be a thirty-day enrollment period, ata time designated by the board, during which retirees andsurviving dependents of retirees or employees of a participatingmember agency who are not then covered by any health care planoffered by the participating member agency shall be able toenroll in the plan upon provision, at their* own expense, ofevidence of good health satisfactory to the board. A preexistingcondition will not be covered until a person has been a planparticipant for a period of twelve consecutive months.
