Settlement of account with court.

105.060. Whenever money shall come to the hands of anyofficer, except only the state treasurer and county treasurer, onaccount of fines, penalties, forfeitures and judgments in favorof the state or any county, such officer shall state and settlethe account thereof before the court under whose authority themoney was received, or on whose writs, records or proceedings thesame accrued, at the first regular term after the receipt of themoney, in the same manner as is required of sheriffs.
