105.200. Any sum withheld by the commissioner ofadministration or the disbursing officer of a county or municipalcorporation, as the case may be, under authorization for purchaseof such United States series "E" savings bonds shall berepresented by a warrant drawn by the commissioner ofadministration, or disbursing officer of a county or municipalcorporation, as the case may be, to the official or employee, andendorsed by the commissioner of administration or his authorizedagent, or the disbursing officer of the county or municipalcorporation, as the case may be, and as provided in suchauthorization.
