105.275. When the seal of this state or any of itsdepartments, agencies, or other instrumentalities or of any ofits political subdivisions is required in the execution of apublic security or instrument of payment, the authorized officermay cause the seal to be printed, engraved, stamped or otherwiseplaced in facsimile thereon. The facsimile seal has the samelegal effect as the impression of the seal.
