105.440. The state agency shall make studies concerning theproblem of old age and survivors protection for employees of thestate and local governments and their instrumentalitiesconcerning the operation of agreements made and plans approvedunder sections 105.300 to 105.440, and shall submit a report tothe general assembly by April fifteenth of each year covering theadministration and operation of sections 105.300 to 105.440during the preceding year, including such recommendations foramendments to sections 105.300 to 105.440 as it considers properand necessary.
