105.664. Each plan shall at least biennially prepare and haveavailable as public information an actuarial valuation performed incompliance with the recommended standards and guidelines as set forth bythe governmental accounting standards board. Any plan currently performingvaluations on a biennial basis making a substantial proposed change inbenefits as defined in section 105.660 shall have a new actuarial valuationperformed using the same methods and assumptions for the most recentperiodic actuarial valuation.
