Disposition of transcript and judgment.

106.200. The supreme court or special commission, as thecase may be, shall cause a transcript of the proceedings had onany impeachment to be made out, and the judgment of the court orcommission, whether of conviction or acquittal, which shall besigned by the officer presiding at the trial and attested by thesecretary of the commission or a judge of the court hearing thecause and deposited in the office of the secretary of state.
