Photographic copies of records.

109.100. Wherever the statute authorizes books or records tobe rebound, or their contents transcribed into new books, or newindexes to be made, the making of photographic copies of saidbooks, records or indexes shall be deemed transcribing and thebinding together of such photographic copies shall be deemedrebinding of such records within the meaning of this section.
