109.110. After any book or record so transcribed is examinedby the judge or justices of such courts, respectively, orderingthe same to be transcribed, and he or they shall make an order onthe records of the court that the same is correct, the same faithand credit shall be given to the transcript that the book orrecord transcribed was entitled.
