116.070. When any voter wishes to sign an initiative orreferendum petition and is unable to sign his name, the circulatorshall print the required information on the petition. The votershall then make his mark, and the circulator shall attest to it byhis signature. For purposes of this chapter, all marks made andattested in accordance with this section shall be consideredsignatures.
