Political party county committee members and candidates mayconsolidate disclosure filings with ward organization--restrictions.

130.043. Other provisions of the law to the contrary notwithstanding,persons running for or serving as a county committee member for a politicalparty pursuant to section 115.609, RSMo, may consolidate all campaigndisclosure filings with the committee member's ward organization, providedhowever, that all limits and restrictions applicable to candidates shallstill apply and any consolidated report shall clearly identify the amountand source of any and all funds received or spent on behalf of thecommitteeman or committeewoman of the ward.
