Violation, class A misdemeanor.

130.081. 1. Any person who purposely* violates theprovisions of this chapter is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.

2. Any person who fails to file any report or statementrequired by this chapter within the time periods specified insections 130.011 to 130.051 is guilty of an infraction.

3. Notwithstanding any other provision of law which barsprosecutions for any offenses other than a felony unlesscommenced within one year after the commission of the offense,any offense under the provisions of this chapter may beprosecuted if the indictment be found or prosecution beinstituted within three years after the commission of the allegedoffense.

4. Any prohibition to the contrary notwithstanding, noperson shall be deprived of the rights, guarantees, protectionsor privileges accorded by sections 130.011 to 130.026, 130.031 to130.068, 130.072, and 130.081 by any person, corporation, entityor political subdivision.
