135.429. Except as otherwise specifically provided insections 135.400 to 135.430, interest and penalty provisions andprocedural matters under the provisions of sections 135.400 to135.430 shall be determined pursuant to and in the mannerprescribed in chapter 143, RSMo, chapter 147, RSMo, chapter 148,RSMo, or chapter 153, RSMo, whichever is applicable.
