137.1000. Sections 137.1000 to 137.1030 shall be known and may becited as the "Private Car Ad Valorem Tax Law" and shall, notwithstandingthe provisions of sections 137.975 to 137.985 to the contrary, apply to alltaxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2000.
