137.113. The provisions of sections 137.112 to 137.114 shallapply only to the deferred maintenance of dwellings consisting ofany number of residential units which is begun during the periodJanuary 1, 1978, to December 31, 1988, or which is begun duringthe period August 28, 1989, to December 31, 1998, regardless ofthe classification of the real property for assessment purposes.
