Real property assessed, how and where.

137.435. All real property shall be assessed in the townshipin which the same is situated, with the owner's name thereof, ifknown; if the owner's name is not known, then it shall beassessed as nonresident. The assessor shall place the streetaddress or rural route and post-office address opposite the nameof each taxpayer on the tangible personal property assessmentbook.
