State tax commission to instruct and advise county clerks.

137.480. It shall be the duty of the state tax commission tomake out and forward to the county clerks of the several countiesthat have or may hereafter adopt township organizations for theuse of such county clerks and other officers, suitable forms andinstructions relating to the discharge of their duties; and allsuch instruction shall be strictly complied with by saidofficers; it shall give its opinion and advice on all questionsof doubt as to the true intent and meaning of the law pertainingto township organization.
