Railroad, telegraph and telephone taxes--rate--how collected anddisbursed.

137.600. It shall be the duty of the clerk of each townshipwherein railroad, telegraph and telephone property is located, onor before the tenth day of August of each year, to certify to thecounty commission the rate of taxation levied by such townshipfor road purposes, and the county commission shall levy the rateso certified by the township clerk on all railroad, telegraph andtelephone property in such township; and said tax shall becharged on the railroad tax book and collected and distributed tothe township treasurers in the same way that the city, town andvillage tax on such railroad, telegraph and telephone property ischarged, collected and distributed to city treasurers.
