Surplus tax money, how held.

139.410. Whenever any greater amount of taxes shall beassessed in any township than the township charges thereof, andits proportion of tax and county charges, the surplus shall bepaid by the collector to the trustee of the township, who shallhold the same until needed to pay township expenses.
