Filing of suit, where (first class charter counties).

141.390. In any county having more than one courthouse inwhich are located offices or branch offices of the collector,recorder of deeds, and circuit clerk, respectively, where it isrequired by law that instruments affecting the title to realestate located within the limits of a certain portion of saidcounty shall be filed for record in the office of the recorder ofdeeds located in such courthouse, the petition or suit containinga list or lists of delinquent tax bills, constituting liens onreal estate located in the same portion of said county as thereal estate as to which instruments affecting the title theretoshall be required by law to be filed in the office of therecorder of deeds as aforesaid, shall be filed by the delinquentland tax attorney in the office of the circuit clerk located inthe same courthouse.
