Judgment of foreclosure, appeal, when--bond (first class chartercounties).

141.510. 1. The collector, any party, or anyone on behalfof any disabled person as defined in chapter 475, RSMo, mayappeal from the judgment of foreclosure. Such appeal must betaken within twenty days after the date of such judgment.

2. The collector, any taxing authority and anyone appealingon behalf of a disabled person may appeal without giving bond.The appeal of no other party shall be allowed unless such partygives a bond which shall be approved by the court. Such bondshall be in a penal sum to be fixed by the court and shall beconditioned that the appellant will prosecute his appeal witheffect and without delay and that he will make good all damagesand costs incurred by the appeal, including costs incurred by anyparty in printing briefs on appeal.
