142.863. Every supplier and permissive supplier who properly remitstax in accordance with this chapter shall be allowed to retain one-tenth ofone percent of the tax imposed by this chapter and collected and remittedby that supplier in accordance with this chapter to cover the costs ofadministration imposed by this chapter including reporting, auditcompliance, dye injection, and shipping paper preparation.
