State council on vocational education established by executive order,assigned to department--reports, distribution.

161.193. 1. As used in this section, the word "council"means the state council on vocational education assigned to thedepartment of elementary and secondary education by executiveorders 85-3 and 85-5 in 1985.

2. The council shall provide to the department of economicdevelopment, the education committees of the house ofrepresentatives and the senate, and the appropriationscommittees of the house of representatives and the senate copiesof all reports which the council is required to submit or doessubmit to the state board of education, the governor, the statejob training coordinating council, the secretary of educationand the secretary of labor, or any of the above.
