161.502. As used in sections 161.500 to 161.508, thefollowing terms mean:
(1) "Department", the department of elementary andsecondary education;
(2) "Drugs" includes, but is not limited to:
(a) All controlled substances defined in chapter 195, RSMo;and
(b) Alcoholic beverages.
