162.1040. Sections 162.1040 to 162.1059 shall be known andmay be cited as the "Elementary and Secondary School DistrictEnrollment Option Act". Nothing in sections 162.1040 to 162.1059shall apply to any school district in a county of the firstclassification having a charter form of government, nor to anyschool district within the city of St. Louis.
