162.1142. There is hereby created in the state treasury the "BlindnessSkills Specialist Fund" which shall be administered by the division of specialeducation within the department of elementary and secondary education. Moneysin the fund shall, upon appropriation, be used to establish and maintain theblindness skills specialist program pursuant to section 162.1136.
