162.202. For purposes of determining the proposed tax ratewhen two or more school districts are consolidating, the tax rateceiling of the consolidated district shall be determined bymultiplying each district's tax rate ceiling by its totalassessed valuation, adding such products and dividing the sum bythe combined assessed valuation of the component districts.
