162.311. 1. The board of education of a seven-directordistrict at its first meeting shall adopt and enter of record thename of the district and shall notify the clerk of the countycommission of the name so adopted. The name adopted shallcomply with any applicable regulations of the state board ofeducation.
2. The board shall keep a common seal with which to attestits official acts.
