162.371. The secretary of the board of education, who shallrecord the certification of the results of the election and, byorder of the board, shall issue certificates of election to theperson entitled thereto; and the results of all otherpropositions submitted must be reported to the secretary of theboard, and by him duly entered upon the district records.
