162.841. The district secretary shall record a copy of allreports made by him to the state department of elementary andsecondary education. He shall also record in the record book ofthe district a correct plat of the district, changing the same asoften as alteration is made in the boundary lines by the properauthority, and shall furnish the county clerk and statedepartment of elementary and secondary education with copies ofthe same and shall officially notify them of any change whenevermade.
