165.081. The county treasurer shall pay over to thetreasurer of each seven-director school district any state orcounty school moneys received by him to which the district isentitled, at least once in every month and take duplicatereceipts from the treasurer one of which he shall file with thesecretary of the board, and the other he shall file in hissettlement with the county commission.
