Qualified beneficiary may attend community college.

166.220. An advance tuition payment contract shall provide that thetrust provide for the qualified beneficiary to attend a community college inthis state before entering another state institution of higher education forthe purpose of completing a baccalaureate degree if the beneficiary so choosesand that the contract may be terminated pursuant to the provisions of sections166.200 to 166.242, sections 173.053 and 173.262, RSMo, after completing therequirements for a degree or certificate at the community college in thisstate or before entering the other state institution of higher education.
