166.242. The state or any state agency, county,municipality, or other political subdivision may, by contract orcollective bargaining agreement, agree with any employee toremit payments toward advance payment contracts through payrolldeductions made by the appropriate officer or officers of thestate. Such payments shall be held and administered inaccordance with the provisions of sections 166.200 to 166.242,sections 173.053 and 173.262, RSMo.
