Definitions.

167.292. As used in sections 167.290 to 167.310, unlessthe context clearly requires otherwise, the following termsshall mean:

(1) "Board", the state board of education;

(2) "Contribution", a facility, personnel, transportation,or supplies that are to be used in operating the program;

(3) "District", a seven-director, urban, or metropolitanschool district;

(4) "Facility", a school building or other building ownedby the school district in which an extended day child careprogram is operated;

(5) "Fund", the extended day child care fund establishedaccording to section 167.296; and

(6) "Program", the extended day child care programestablished according to sections 167.290 to 167.310.
