Application for grant--matching contributions--reapplication.

167.300. 1. A district wishing to apply for a grant from the fund shallapply to the state board of education in the manner prescribed by the boardand shall provide the necessary matching contribution as required by theboard.

2. A district that receives a grant in any fiscal year and wishes toreceive a grant in the succeeding year must reapply in the manner prescribedby the board. Such application shall be considered by the board only for theexpansion of services.

3. A district that receives a grant from the fund to establish a programthrough contract with a not-for-profit corporation shall ensure that such acorporation meets all of the requirements of sections 167.290 to 167.310.
