168.112. An indefinite contract between a permanentteacher and a board of education may be terminated or modifiedat any time by the mutual consent of the parties thereto. Anyteacher who desires to terminate his contract at the end of aschool term shall give written notice of his intention to do soand the reasons therefor not later than June first of the yearin which the term ends.
