168.261. A director of personnel may be appointed by thesuperintendent of schools subject to the approval of the board of educationof the metropolitan school district. The director of personnel shall be amember of a personnel committee representing certificated andnoncertificated employees, the committee to be appointed in the manner thatthe rules of the board of education provide.
