168.407. There is hereby created the"Principal-Administrator Academy" under the auspices of thedepartment of elementary and secondary education. The academy isnot a single institution, but is an organizational framework fora wide array of educational and training programs for schoolleaders, which may be conducted at several sites in the state bythe department of elementary and secondary education,individually or through contract.
