168.575. For the first three years in which loans are madeunder sections 168.550 to 168.595, no loan to an eligible studentshall exceed one thousand dollars for each academic year. Forthe fourth and each subsequent year in which loans are made undersections 168.550 to 168.595, the coordinating board shalldetermine the maximum amount for loans to eligible students ineach academic year. All loans shall be made from funds depositedin the fund established under section 168.580.
