Sunset provision

168.702. Pursuant to section 23.253, RSMo, of the Missouri sunsetact:

(1) Any new program authorized under section 168.700 shallautomatically sunset six years after August 28, 2007, unless reauthorizedby an act of the general assembly; and

(2) If such program is reauthorized, the program authorized undersection 168.700 shall automatically sunset twelve years after the effectivedate of the reauthorization of this act*; and

(3) Section 168.700 shall terminate on September first of thecalendar year immediately following the calendar year in which a programauthorized under section 168.700 is sunset.
