Preference given to educational materials available in Brailleor electronic format, public schools.

170.132. All public elementary, secondary and postsecondary schoolsshall preferentially procure educational materials, including textbooks andcollateral materials, from vendors who make the materials available ineither Braille format or electronic format which is computer-readable in aform approved by the department of elementary and secondary education, orboth, at no greater cost than for regular materials.
