Board member accepting bribe--penalty.

170.171. Any member of any school board who accepts orreceives any money, gift or any property, or favor whatsoever,from any person, firm or corporation selling or offering for saleany textbooks, or any agent thereof, or from any person in anyway interested in the sale of textbooks, shall, upon conviction,be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, or byimprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, orby both the fine and imprisonment.
