171.091. The school board of any school district in thisstate may provide for the gratuitous education of persons overtwenty years of age, resident in the school district. Thegratuitous education, however, shall be provided only out ofrevenue derived by the school district from sources other thanthose described in section 3, article IX, of the constitution ofthis state.
