Disciplinary procedures, employees, university employment practicesto apply.

172.817. After November 1, 1990, the curators shall defineand assign powers, duties and responsibilities for all cancercenter employees. Cancer center employees shall be included inall benefit programs normally available to employees of theuniversity except as provided in section 172.815. All employeesof the center shall be subject to the usual universityemployment practices including those disciplinary and appealprocedures which are available to university employees who havebeen terminated, suspended, transferred or otherwisedisciplined.
