Confidentiality of donor records.

172.950. Notwithstanding any provision of law, the curators of theUniversity of Missouri may close the following records as they relate to adonor or potential donor:

(1) Any credit report, banking information, or personal financialdocuments, including legal documents that are part of an estate plan thatis provided to the institution by the donor or potential donor;

(2) Any tax return or other personal financial information thatfederal or Missouri taxing authorities are allowed or required to treat asconfidential under the federal Internal Revenue Code, Missouri income taxstatutes, or their respective implementing regulations.
